Speech Therapy
Our Physical Therapists care for people of all ages who have functional problems resulting from back and neck injuries; sprains, strains, and fractures; arthritis; amputations; neurological disorders, such as stroke or cerebral palsy; injuries related to work and sports; and other conditions.
Our PTs use a variety of techniques to care for their patients. These techniques include exercises; training in functional movement, which may include the use of equipment such as canes, crutches, wheelchairs, and walkers; and special movements of joints, muscles, and other soft tissue to improve mobility and decrease pain.
Our Occupational therapists work with people who have permanent disabilities, such as cerebral palsy, and may need help with daily tasks. They recommend options and show clients how to use appropriate adaptive equipment, such as leg braces, wheelchairs, and eating aids. These devices help clients live their lives more independently.
Our Speech-language pathologist create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs. These needs include working with clients who have speech and language problems, including related cognitive or social communication problems. Clients may have difficulty speaking, such as being unable to speak or speaking too loudly or softly. They also work with clients to develop and strengthen the muscles used to swallow.
Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is a condition that occurs when the brain concludes there is a threat to a person's well-being based on the many signals it receives from the body. Our therapists use a combination of functional biomechanical, hands-on techniques that may be used to manipulate or mobilize tight joint structures and soft tissues, and neurological exercises to correct asymmetrical patterns and limitations. This can reduce the severity and complexity of chronic injuries.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation
Our therapist helps joint replacement patients recover more quickly from surgery, while maximizing the results of their new joint. The goals of rehab for joint replacement patients include:
-
Improving joint range of motion
-
Strengthening the joint and surrounding muscles
-
Easing pain or swelling
-
Monitoring progress and symptoms
-
Facilitating patients back to their normal activities of daily living
-
Assisting patients to an improved level of function
Bladder Health
Urinary incontinence, or bladder control problems, is any urine leakage that occurs during the day or night. More than 13 million people in the United States have urinary incontinence. Our therapists design treatment programs to improve pelvic floor muscle strength and help people gain control over the condition. They also help people reduce their need for medicines and surgery.

Work Injury
Our therapists provide a progressive rehabilitation program that supports those with occupational injuries. We coordinate care and communicate with all parties to help ensure a successful return to work.
Neuro Rehabilitation
Our therapists work to achieve the best results for each individual by creating an intensive, customized therapy plan that addresses unique medical, physical, cognitive, psychosocial, behavioral, vocational, educational, and recreational needs. Our skilled team of PTs, OTs, and SLP’s specialize in neuro therapy with extensive experience serving survivors of brain injury and other neurological injuries and deficits. Together, we work collaboratively to provide seamless therapy solutions.
